Answering before attention moves on
The window where someone is still thinking about your product is measured in minutes. A greeting that arrives inside that window is worth more than a perfect one that arrives tomorrow.
In India, a lead who will not answer an unknown number will happily reply to a WhatsApp message. That is not a preference, it is how the market behaves, and a funnel that ignores it leaks at the first step.
We build the chatbot that greets, qualifies and routes every enquiry the moment it lands, then hands your team a record with the answers already filled in. We also set up the official WhatsApp Business account, which is the part most people get stuck on.
Not to have a personality. To make sure nobody who raised a hand is left standing there with it up.

Budget, location, timeline, what exactly they are looking for. Nobody enjoys asking these and everybody needs the answers. The bot collects them without anyone feeling interrogated.
Roughly speaking, a meaningful share of raw enquiries are never going to buy. Finding that out in chat costs nothing. Finding it out in a thirty-minute call costs your best rep half an hour.
Chat history persists. When your rep picks it up three days later, the whole context is sitting there, which is not true of a missed call.
What we build, in the order we build it.
We handle Meta Business verification, the display name approval and the number migration. This is the step where most in-house attempts stall for weeks, and it is included.
Not a decision tree with forty branches. Four to six questions that actually predict whether someone buys from you, phrased the way your best rep would phrase them.
Real people reply “what is the price” to a question about their budget. The flow is built to absorb that and get back on track rather than repeating itself.
Answers become fields. Fields become a score. The score decides whether the lead goes to a rep, to the voice agent for a call, or into a nurture sequence.
When a human takes the conversation, they take it in the same thread, with everything above it visible. No “can you repeat what you told the bot”.
Approved template messages bring back the people who went quiet, which in most funnels is the largest single pool of recoverable revenue.
Worth understanding before you pick a vendor, including if that vendor is not us.
This is the decision that matters most and it is usually made badly. The unofficial route is cheaper on day one: a gateway logs into WhatsApp as if it were a phone, and it works, until Meta notices. When the number is banned it takes your chat history and your customers' ability to reach you with it, and there is no appeal process worth the name.
The official WhatsApp Business Platform costs more and is slower to set up, because verification is a real process. In exchange the number is yours, the green tick is available, template messages are approved rather than gambled on, and nothing you build sits on top of a policy violation.
We only build on the official platform. If a cheaper quote you have received does not mention Meta Business verification, that is the reason it is cheaper, and it is worth asking about before you sign anything.
We do. Meta Business verification, display name approval and number migration are all handled as part of the build. It is the step that most often stalls an in-house attempt, so it is not left to you.
Usually yes, provided it is not already registered to a personal WhatsApp account you intend to keep using. If it is, we will walk through the options at the consult before anything is migrated.
That is your call. Some clients prefer an upfront disclosure; others prefer the bot to confirm only if asked directly. Either way it never claims to be a named human being.
It stops guessing and hands the thread to a person, flagged. A bot that improvises an answer about pricing or availability creates a problem your team then has to walk back.
Both. Outbound uses Meta's approved template messages, which is what keeps the number in good standing. We write and submit the templates as part of the build.
They share one lead record. The bot qualifies in text, and when the lead is warm enough the voice agent calls with everything the bot already learned, so nobody is asked the same question twice.
